    • Bring the boil before allowing to cool for about 15 minutes.

    • In a small bowl ,mix 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and 500 ml of milk and boil it.
    • After 10 minutes, remove it from the flame.

    This is the best recipe to lose weight fast. The  reason why I say that, is because both ingredients have thermogenic properties. The thermogenic properties will force your body to burn more fat to balance your normal body temperature.
    Combining these  two ingredients will help your body getting rid of toxins, and reduce bump. Actually, this is sometimes the reason why you have a big belly.     • Take one tablespoon of cinnamon and put it in a glass.
    • Then add lemon juice ( half of a lemon) and one tablespoon of honey.
    • Mix it well to make a paste  and then add one glass of warm water and mix it well.

    • Bring one gallon water to a quick boil and than reduce the heat to simmer.
    • Core and slice 5 apples, then add apples and cinnamon sticks to your simmering water.
    • Simmer 15 minutes and after that strain the water into glass pitcher.
    • Drink one glass before your meals. Keep apple cinnamon water in the fridge for more than 3 days.
